Monica Alvarado, my 21 year old sister-in-law went to Southern California Psychiatric Associates and met with Jacqueline D. Bredehoft lic#PMH565. According to Monica, the visit was very unpleasant and she felt that the Jacqueline didn't really care and was very short. She prescribed a Daytrada patch, but when we went to the pharmacy to pick it up, we found out that it cost over $200. So, we attempted to call her so that we can change the prescription to a generic pill form to save money. My wife left 5 messages over a three week period with the guy who answers the phone. Each time the man assured us that he gave Jacqueline the message. Finally, I left a message threatening if we do not get a call back that I will make a complaint to the American Psychiatric Association, and the call finally came. Jacqueline started the call by saying that she had been very busy and calls back over 20 people per day. She claimed to have called us back yesterday and left a message, which is a lie
