Our Brewery possesses the capability of producing 10000 bbls of beer per year. Our small, labor intensive, 15 bbl brewhouse produces seven permanent styles with seasonal offerings. We produce, keg and bottle, all of our product on premise and all of our styles are available for sale in 5 gallon and 15.5 gallon kegs. Two of our products, Chocolate Porter and CPA (California Pale Ale), are available in 22oz bottles.
