Adorno, Yoss, Alvarado & Smith, formerly known as Alvarado, Smith & Sanchez, opened its doors in 1993 as a two attorney practice. It grew to a 20 attorney practice with offices in Los Angeles and Orange County. In 2004, the firm entered into a partnership with Miami-based Adorno & Yoss. Together, they formed the largest certified minority owned law firm in the United States with approximately 185 attorneys in California, Florida and Georgia. Adorno, Yoss, Alvarado & Smith has gained international recognition and has represented some of the largest businesses in the nation. The firm has become well known for its international representation in Mexico and other Latin American countries. Our international clients appreciate the fact that many of our attorneys are bilingual and are comfortable conducting negotiations in two languages.
