AMERIESTATE, organized as a pre-paid legal access plan, provides its’ members with access to a nationwide panel of licensed attorneys. Each attorney on the panel is available to assist our members with a variety of legal matters in a friendly, professional manner at significantly discounted rates. Legal Plan members can obtain many preventative legal services at no additional charge. For more complex legal matters members receive a 25% discount. Members may also request legal services in the area of estate planning and asset protection at specially negotiated reduced fixed rates. |
